Downgrading

I downgraded my service today. Cancelled my TV and only now will have broadband. I am going to free-view. 

Usually when you leave VM, you have to send your TiVo box back but I haven’t left. Will I keep my box but only receive free-view channels?

I know I will probably need an aerial, I am just getting prepared incase I won’t need one.

Hi @bigbadphil thanks for your post here in the Community, we hope you are well.

Unfortunately, once the TV service is ceased it will mean the TiVo box doesn't provide any form of TV service, including freeview channels.

You will be invited to recycle your TiVo box as advised on the options here - we hope this helps!
