My circumstances have sadly changed meaning I need to try and budget my outgoings. I currently have the Ultimate Oomph with Gig 1 broadband, a main 360 box and 2 360 mini boxes.
I'm still within my minimum term for the services. Would I be abe to downgrade the broadband and remove 1 of the mini boxes for example or would this trigger a cancellation/downgrade fee?
I just don't want to sit about on the phone for over an hour to be told I can't do anything.
Any advice would be appreciated.

To answer the question, if you have two TV boxes and then downgrade to one, that wouldn't incur a disconnection fee. However, going from two to zero would as you're in a contract.
