I have a tv phone and broadband package and i want to downgrade to just broadband as I dont use the other services, is there a way to do this online as I have tried the customer services number but line just goes dead. Currently not in a contract.

Downgrading is not possible online as it requires a notice period and contract change and we do not process package changes via our Community forums, I am sorry. However, if you are having issues calling us, you can pop us a text instead on 07533051809.
