Downgrading to broadband via website - not loading

I'm trying to downgrade from a bundle to broadband only but am locked in a cycle from hell.  The webpage to do that has the revolving 'loading' Virgin logo of doom, despite refreshes, and so far I've been waiting for customer service for 55 minutes.  I'm aware that Virgin want to keep me as a full-service paying customer.  Any advice on how to break out of this?

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue trying to downgrade your package. To do this you would need to speak to our Customer relations team as they would need to cancel the service you do not want, to do so you would need to phone them or contact them via one of our other methods listed here.

The link you give sends me to the circling logo of doom.   I am still on the phone 1h 6min and still no joy.   Can you send a specific direct link to a messaging method?
