Downgrading package

I suspect a lot of us would like to downgrade our package to save money due to the virus situation. However, it appears that the call centres and web chat are unavailable leaving no way to do this.

Can anyone suggest a way to resolve this issue?

With regards to getting this sorted, there is a way you can contact our team other than the Live chat or call route.
I'd suggest the best thing to do would be to contact the team via the text message service.
