Thanks for the reply Martin, apologies for delay in reply but have been busy looking at other TV/Phone providers 🤣 😂🤣😂

I did not receive this letter, can you confirm when it was sent, can you confirm that this would have been sent to ever Virgin customer as this would have affected everyone

Also, as I originally asked, can I be put back onto my old package?
