Hi, I have just renewed my contract with higher speed, but within days got new energy supplier monthly payment which is almost double what I was expecting. As just on a pension, I need to downgrade, is this possible? I am paying £47 a month for tv, home phone(never used) and Internet.

Thanks for reaching out on our help forums and welcome back to the community.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with higher energy bills which seem to have been caused by a speed / service upgrade - this is very unlikely to be caused by our VM equipment however we'd love to see how we could assist with this.

Unfortunately, we do not support package changes on this forum however we can check if there's something to cause higher consumption, I'll pop you a message here shortly to give this a look.
