Downgrade

I have been trying for over a week to contact VM to downgrade my current pack to Broadband only.  On the links the keep putting me through to are:

1 How to Upgrade

2 Difficulty paying your Bill

I just wish to speak to someone about my contract which comes to an end on 16th Feb.

Can anyone advise how I can contact them without being put on hold for over 60 minutes. Ta

like to no off this as its sheer impossbile to speak with any 1 now - since most off the call centers are shut in uk

an all calls transfer over to india

@lisjim - have you managed to achieve that?  I want to do the same as this last price hike has just made it too expensive.
