Downgrade without a phone

Hello.

I'm stuck abroad due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and don't know when I'll be able to get back home, so I'd like to adjust my services to the lowest so I can change them back whenever I return without a service interruption.

I've seen some posts about downgrading but the answers require calling an UK number. Isn't there any way to manage this without me calling an UK number?

Thanks for the quick response, text message would have been a better solution than calling.

There's been a change of plans, I'm going to be back home this Sunday so I don't want to do any changes to my service, consider this solved.
