I have been in US for 4 months and not returning to UK for another 5 months because of Covid. Is there any way to downgrade service while it cannot be used at all rather than paying full monthly charge when flat is empty?
If you want to discuss a package change, you'll need to call VM to do so.
Use the build my bundle site to get an idea of current standard prices (ignore the new customer deals, you're not one!!).
You may be able to use the text message service (07533 051809) to avoid international call charges, but how well it'll work with your timezones I have no idea. Any change of package will invoke a new 18month contract, and VM don't do this online - you'll need to call in (using +44 345 4541111) if the text message service doesn't work for you.
