you can do anything you want - there may be cancellation charges if you are in contract - never upgrade on line theres only standard deals - you need to talk to UK retentions
dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - 'thinking of leaving us' - then "technical issues/leaving" - dont worry about that they do much more - open 8am -10pm 7 days a week - should take you to a UK call centre
8 in the morning is good - maybe later on sunday [9.00?[ if they are working
