I am due to be out of contract soon. I want to downgrade my package and remove the phone service which I have no idea why virgin included that to my package.
My salary has been reduced due to covid so I cannot pay for more than £30 per month. I managed to talk with a guy from customer service (he lost his temper for some reason), he couldn't even offer me £5 discount per month and then he transferred the call because people from customer service don't know how much a package costs without the phone line. The waiting time is always more than an hour which is ridiculous. I cannot afford the price it will be after my 12 month contract ends as with many other people here.
Do anyone has an advice? How can I downgrade? How can I contact someone form Virgin? I feel that my only solution is to change provider. It seems impossible to get in contact with someone from virgin customer service.
