Called to downgrade our service as due to current situation I work less hours and my son is unemployed only be told I can’t!
i have TV Broadband and Phone but only want broadband and happy to go to slower speed only to be told the cost will go up by £20 per month.
Was told that it’s better I left that try to downgrade,
surely someone at Virgin can offer a better deal to retain customers in this time of a global pandemic 😱
The more services you have, the bigger bundle discounts you're likely to have, and the phonelines especially attract quite a generous one.
So disconnecting those services can sometimes be counter-productive - it's sometimes/often cheaper to downgrade services than cancel them entirely.
