Downgrade my package

I have been trying for 4 days now to try and get in contact for someone to downgrade my package.  Tried instant messaging but still no reply, tried email and the same.  I know things are all up in the air atm but i need to downgrade this package before the 22nd of April otherwise my bill is going up and and i cant afford it as ive now been laid off and so has my husband.  Does anyone know a way of getting this done, thanks.
