If I want to down grade my service, ie get rid of sky movies, can I down grade by sending VM a letter
Getting fed up trying to phone them, only to be told no one is available to take my call
You can cancel by letter but AFAIK you cant downgrade.
Try early doors weekday mornings, usually gets through to retentions (select thinking of leaving us)
