Don't know my payment plan

Hi,

I'm trying to find out what payment plan I'm on but I'm struggling to find out what it is. I was on a 12 month broadband contract up until February/March this year but the letter I received detailing the changes didn't clearly specify if I was on a 30 day rolling contract or one or two year contracts. Please could you help me identify what contract I'm on?

I would also like to add that I couldn't get logged on to my virgin media account as the server couldn't recognise my username and I've tried the 0345 454 1111 number but I could't get through.
