Does VM have a contact email address so that I can loop in the financial ombudsman

For the 5th month running now, I’ve been overcharged and their agents constantly lie telling me that it’ll be sorted for the following month’s billing but it never is. Their service is beyond shocking

You need to raise a formal complaint with a view to escalating to ADR https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
