Doe anyone actually read the complaints forms

Tuning in

I put in a complaint as I recently changed my package and was given a document showing what my new charges would be and when they would be taken.

Then this month I received a threat to cut off my service because of an unpaid bill (I pay by direct debit) when I should, according the document received, have been given a credit. If VM request the wrong direct debit payment, that's their fault.

I am deaf, so I put on the form DO NOT PHONE and asked to be contacted by letter. What happens? I look at my work phone (on which clients text me) and find a missed call from what turns out to be a VM number. I feel a complaint to OFCOM coming on. Customer Service really are dire
