Distressing customer service

I’m so distressed at what your engineers have done to my house without permission. I’m even more distressed by the hours I’ve wasted reporting this and raising a complaint.  Still no response from you.  Damage has been caused to my property which needs fixing.  You simply have shown no care or concern that this has happened.

As this is your first post, you might have to explain some more details about what has happened.

Are you able to post some photos of the damage for the VM forum team to see when they get here?

Are you a VM customer?

Reading between the lines it sound like you may have been the unlucky recipient of a VM installation about which you known nothing (where the installers have come to the wrong address). If so, you won't be the first to report that on here.

If that is not the issue, please provide some more details about what has taken place.

Can I ask what damage exactly has taken place? Are you able to upload some pictures for us as goslow has recommended?
