Why are the agents so dishonest? At my last renewal I was told I could have a 500mb upgrade for free - I agreed then found that the contract was £3 more than i'd agreed to. I left it as it was a few weeks after.
I've now just renewed after a chat with an agent, and the contract is showing on my account at £9 more than I'd agreed. After a second chat, all it has done is move the agreement date forward by 1 day. This second agent was just as dishonest as the first, trying to make out a pending payment was the reason for the difference.
I'm now reporting this to Ofcom, I am utterly sick of the dishonesty of this organisation.
