Discounts

I currently have loyalty discounts that expire in May and June 2020.At the present time I am unable to telephone The customer services team to discuss their continuance.Will they just continue automatically until the current problems are cleared or is there somebody I can speak to .?At this present time I do not wish to put further pressure on anybody but if it goes on for a long time it will cost me a lot of money.....thank you

your contract will carry on as stated. so if you had a price on your contract with a discount when the discount expires you will pay the cost on the contract as agreed to.

You'll need to contact VM to arrange a new contract with a new discount after that
