Discounted package

How likely is is that I can continue my discounted package or get a new deal when it ends next month?

Hi snippy,

you should be able speak to the retentions team and see what's available. There's a very good chance you will find an offer that's agreeable. 

You could try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queue

Just wanted to give you an update,I’ve got another 18 month contract for £33 pm instead of £47 so that’s a great result imo,thanks very much for the tip 👍
