Discount not appearing on contract

Hi

I purchased virgin media when the offers were on for I believe £32.99 however the offer price does not appear on my contract as it should. On my contract is just the non offer price of £50 per month for the 200mb package.

I know I purchased the package correctly as it came with free install and that offer did appear on my first monthly bill.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

I do not see anything related to discounts in my contract or bills. Do discounts get displayed anywhere else?

No, it should be on the contract.

Yeah mine does not show any discounts, sadly. Guess the next step is to ring them up?

How long does web chat take? I've sat in it for 2 hours on two different occasions without anyone response. Is calling faster or is there a long hold time there too?

It took 22 hours for a reply on webchat for me over this weekend (From Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon).

I left my PC on overnight with the chat window left open!
