My contract has had a discount of £93.50 applied for each month of the last year. The discount for this month (September) has changed to £68.56
The contract is up for renewal next month. I have tried to contact a human to discuss but always end up being told to go to the website or app.
Can anyone suggest how I can discuss the issue ?

From what you've said, this sounds like as we bill in advance, the discount period is ending during this bill.
