Discount coming to an end but cannot speak to anyone

Hi Folks, 

I appear to have a discount coming to an end on 7th April. Like most, I am now having to watch my monthly expenses very closely indeed and cannot afford another price hike (price already £5 over what I negotiated at start of deal). 

How do you manage to speak to someone about the ongoing affordability of your service?

I am in the  boat my contract ends in Feb 2021 and i cannot get hold of anyone.  no one answers the phone or chat.

I am stuck. please respond
