Discount coming to an end but cannot speak to anyone
I appear to have a discount coming to an end on 7th April. Like most, I am now having to watch my monthly expenses very closely indeed and cannot afford another price hike (price already £5 over what I negotiated at start of deal).
How do you manage to speak to someone about the ongoing affordability of your service?
