Disconnection hasn't been done.

My virgin broadband and phone were meant to be disconnected last night as I have my 30 day notice on 3rd Jan and nothings been done to date despite having received emails confirming cancellation. Looks like I have write to ofcom as I'm now been put on higher price plan without my authorisation.

 

Is there anyone here who can help as call centre people are just not trustworthy anymore.

We can't put through cancellations over the forum but you can contact the team on 150/0345 454 1111 options 1, 4 then 4.
