Disconnection fee

i have recently changed my package from phone, broadband and tv , too phone and broad band only. I was told there would be a 73 pound disconnection fee, which I was fine about, when I look i am been charged a 151 disconnection.

firstly is each service on a different contract as I still have 2 services

if they are I haven’t changed my tv contract or changed tv services for 2 years, so why disconnection fee

my previous monthly bill was 105 now 63

i cancelled in the 14/11/23 and these are payment I am being charged
