the bill for my virgin media was increased and the person who’s name it is under travels for work so i manage the account. Its hard for me to speak with someone because of the security checks. I asked them to put my name down or change the details they said we would need to completely close the account and create a new one. I went through the checks and was advised it cost a total of almost £150 to set up a new account with the installation process. I advised them this something i dont want and to cancel the new account and leave the old account as it is.
At midnight tonight 14.04.21 the service has been disconnected and theres no one to speak to because the offices are all closed.
can someone please help because i have work in the morning!!!????
