Disconnected Early

Just joined

Leaving Virgin but was assured the broadband would remain connected until 17th September. It was disconnected today, and I've spoken to someone on the phone but it seems nothing has changed. Need this fixed asap as I work remotely and need connection. 

Quick fix would be much appreciated.
