Direct debit removed

On our wavelength


I received an email from you thanking me for getting in touch with your team (I didn’t). So when I logged into my account to check if everything was ok, I noticed that my direct debit was no longer set up on my account. It says my payment is overdue when it isn’t. 
Can someone advise me on what’s happened? I haven’t cancelled my contract or changed my package. Can you let me know why my direct debit was stopped please? I’m concerned someone has called VM and fraudulently cancelled my account without my knowledge.
