Direct debit declined so paid via debit card

Good Morning

My direct debit was declined yesterday because of a banking error. I then paid online via my debit card and have an email confirming this. When I look at my account this months bill is still being shown as unpaid.

It may be that our systems are taking a little time to update your payment as it was made last night. 

If the payment is still not showing in 24 hours on your My Virgin media account please pop back here to let us know and we will investigate further for you.
