Direct Debit details change not working

Hi all, I’m a virgin media broadband & TiVo customer, I’ve been trying to change my direct debit details for two months now. Firstly, their website says you can simply do it on the app, well you can’t, it simply redirects you back to their website. Then it keeps either saying it’s not possible due to the billing cycle or it says “this page is not currently working”. I can’t find any way of calling customer support due to Covid19, I’ve changed bank accounts & need to close the old account. I bet if I did so & the direct debit bounced they’d find a way to sort it out in no time!

Does anyone know how I go about getting this done? It’s gone on far too long, it should be the simplest of actions.
