Hi,
I am having an issue setting up a Direct Debit for my payments. I thought this was already active however since changing my package I have been making manual payments for the past few months. Every time I try to setup a Direct Debit the website crashes or gives me an error message.
I have now been charged a late payment charge.
Can anyone help?
