Can anyone help me change my direct debit date? Changing it via text message with a robot is impossible.

My bill gets produced at the end of the month, however, I want my direct debit days for 27th of each month.
Please help me.

My apologies Sonia_Alp. I was unaware that had been removed. What I will do is send you a private message to assist with this.
