When your sales rep called me to entice me to VM again he took all my details and setup everything online.
Firstly the name on the login is wrong, he mis-spelt my last name and I was unable to create the account (this was a tad annoying as I did already have an account from sometime ago that worked fine!!), Anyways, after checking emails I found the found the typo I logged in with the incorrect name and was at least able to view upcoming bills etc
However, I then found that the direct debit mandate is misspelt too, I've been trying to get the last name changed through the overview/DD section of the web page and also the mobile app help for 2 weeks, I'm a bit fed up now.
Is there a way this can be sorted please?, VM won't (or at least shouldn't) be able to take any funds from me.
