Digital contract not available

Hi. My digital contract is not available online in my Virgin Media account.

"Unfortunately we don't have a digital copy of your current contract.
This may be because your contract dates back to before 2018 or you requested paper."
 

I have no record of it in my emails and cannot find a paper copy.

How can I obtain a copy of this?

I re-contracted with Virgin Media end of July 2019.
