Different account number

I have setup a moving home which was booked I have received a email with a different account but unable to setup as it says email address is registered even though I tried with a different email address

Hi lyne 👋 Welcome to the community! Thank you for posting. 

Your My VM account should also transfer as part of the moving process. Until this completes you will not be able to see the information for your new account, if your old account is still active. 

If you are having any issues viewing the correct account once your move has completed we may need to take a further look at the account for you and manually transfer this over if needed.
