I disconnected my service in month of Jan but never received the packaging to return the kit and yesterday I got the bill of 40 GBP despite my multiple orders and chasers through email/chat and twitter. Is this done deliberately to charge this extra amount? what kind of torture is this ?
It has wasted too much time of mine. How come your packaging kit is never posted but penalty bill is rightly posted to my address even though in this lockdown period. Pls look into this and resolve this . its a kind of harassment to me which will force me take a legal action .
