Hello,
I cancelled my TV & Broadband Virgin Media contract but I did not receive any email confirmation but just a text.
I need to receive an email asap as I move to France at the end of July.

You will receive your final bill when the disconnection has been actioned at our side.
My apologies for any confusion caused with confirmation communication.
If you believe the issue to be resolved you can mark the thread as resolved by clicking the helpful answer given and this will show anyone else having issue that an answer was given and direct them to the post, alternatively you can just like or 'kudos' the post if it helped you.

Sorry to hear that you're leaving us but very exciting to hear you're moving to France. We wish you all the best on your new venture.
We do not send email confirmations of disconnection, you should receive your final bill as advised when you account is fully disconnected as scheduled and advised.
