Hello. I requested my account details and received a letter with my account number. Thank you. However to register for my virgin media I need an area reference and don't have that as I never received the welcome email due to the person on the phone typing my email address incorrectly. This has been going on for over a week now. Please help me get my virgin media account up and running so I can view my bills etc as I also have no idea when money is coming out of my account
