Delivery reschedule

AAAArrrgggg ! New to virgin media.  I have been given a delivery date for my quickstart equipment.  I want to pick the equipment up not have a home delivery.  How can I change the date and options as my account number is not yet recognised so I cant create an online account ??  Please help
