Two weeks ago I setup my house move for this weekend. I was expecting to get disconnected on 28/06/20 with an engineer visit to my new place on 29/06/20. During last week, my move was paused so I called to cancel. The person I spoke to asked me not to cancel the move, but instead delay it to November, then asked me to call and reschedule.
Apparently they forgot to also update the part where I get disconnected. Pretty much bang on midnight it all went down.
Can't get through to support in any fashion. What is the quickest way to get this rectified?
