Delay Disconnection Date

Hi, 

 

Unfortunately I have had to cancel my account due to moving to a property which doesn't have Virgin available. I was able to cancel my account earlier in the month and as a result the disconnection date is 30th September (were meant to be moving on the 29th). However, our move is going to be delayed so I was wondering if it is possible to delay the disconnection date for a week or 2 to make sure we have tv and internet while our move is sorted?

We can reschedule the date of your disconnection for you. 

Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
