Delay Cancellation

New service provider has put back my installation date, which will leave me with no TV or broadband, I see an earlier post that there is a possibility the cancelation date can be changed or put back, can one of the Forum Team send me the details please

I now have the same issue, new service provider has changed install/connection date so need to extend cancellation date, can you assist
