Good Afternoon - 

I am emailing today re a default that you have on my credit file.
This is due to me moving out of a property 3 years ago . I received no emails no phone calls advising of a fee I needed to pay if letters where sent to the property I haven’t received them due to me moving from the property . 
This impact on my credit file is impacting me receiving my mortgage . As soon as I have been made aware of this payment I have rang yourself and made payment immediately . 
The default still remains . Therefore I have phoned your customer service and logged a complaint however they were unable to even find my account therefore logged a complaint through my partners account . The reference number I was provided was - C-2107231374
However since this phone call we have received nothing.
