Have been trying to contest a default on my credit file for 6 months now and no joy
customer service lie to you,creditfileamendments only send standard emails obviously not manned
i have an ongoing complaint which they said they had resolved but havent
just lie to you constantly
I have now made the decision to report them to information commission office as they refuse me a data subject access request
i have aright to any information they hold about me
i have also made complaints to financial ombudsman as they are displaying incorrect info about me owing money on my accounts which I refute
also ofcom to inform of there behaviour with regards to the way they treat customers
it’s not acceptable and I am not going to let this rest as they want me too
disgraceful company to deal with
a customer for 20 years and when you leave it’s like they punish you for it
