I haven’t been a customer for several years. My account is showing as closed and balance of zero on my credit file but the last few weeks a debt company called CRS are hounding me with emails letters and now calling my husband saying I owe virgin money. I don’t think it’s a scam as they have all of our details but I don’t owe virgin. I rang Virgin to be given an email address and credit file to contact but that says can take 3 weeks to reply. I am in process of applying for a mortgage so this could be damaging. As I am no longer a customer I cannot email them or Contact any other way and I don’t have 3 weeks to wait as this company are relentless. Has anyone else experienced this???
