Debt/Collections

I had a VM account last year which fell into arrears after I moved out and I want to pay off the arrears however I don't know any of the information regarding the account and can't pass security when I call. I want to clear the balance but struggle to he able to access the account can anyone help? I can't login to my online account. I can't register for an online account. I'm in a catch 22.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community 

Sorry to hear that you fell into arrears last year, I can fully appreciate you're keen to pay off the balance. 

If you're unable to remember the memorable word then as the account holder we'd be able to ask you some extra questions to help pass security, has this not been done when you've rang us?
