Debited but no explanation

Have had a direct debit taken but have no idea why. The amount is not the same as shown on my VM app and i can not understand it. Tried chatting with a bot which recommended a whatsapp conversation but the latter never happened (twice). Can the community resolve such issues because there appears to be no customer service to speak to.
