If its the box on property the forum staff can arrange a tech to fix, if you mean the hub itself can you expand on what damage it has

Thanks for reporting the damaged cabinet VM819 and I've passed the details onto our Cabinet's Team so they can investigate and repair it. We don't have a time frame of when the repairs are made but they will be done as soon as we can.
They've replied and confirmed that it's been logged under ticket F008659155.
